Matt Fenton

Matt has over 20 years experience in publishing, digital media and key account management. He co-founded Factory Media Ltd via MBO/MBI, backed by VCT funding. Matt co-lead Factory from an initial 12 international specialist sport consumer magazine brands – achieving high growth through development, launch and multiple acquisitions – successfully transitioning the business to 24 mass-reach, digital only brands across online, mobile, TV and social. The business was successfully sold on behalf of investors in February 2012. Matt remained as part of the Senior Management team with P&L responsibility for the Board sports and Cycling portfolio, leading the pan-European sales and content teams based in offices in UK, Germany and France.
Over recent years Matt has led commercial partnerships for brands like adidas, Nike, Vans, XBOX and O2.
